What is ZF [pro]Points?

ZF [pro]Points is the reward programme for workshops. It is our way of rewarding you for using the products of ZF Aftermarket and at the same time, effectively supporting you in your business.

How does ZF [pro]Points work?

ZF [pro]Points rewards your loyalty. To collect points make sure to keep all of your product packages from ZF Aftermarket (LEMFÖRDER, SACHS, TRW, ZF), cut out the product labels and return them to us in an envelope.
Make sure to address your envelope correctly and don´t miss to mention your membership number on it.
The address labels are provided in your welcome pack.
If you pay the postage, we will reimburse you with an extra 150 points.

Why should I participate in ZF [pro]Points?

It will make purchasing the products of ZF Aftermarket even more worthwhile. Your customers will be able to rely on top quality products from one of the leading brand manufacturer and you will benefit from a wide range of attractive rewards.

Does it cost anything to participate in ZF [pro]Points?

No, taking part in the ZF [pro]Points programme is easy, without obligation and of course at no charge to you. As a welcome gesture, we will credit every account with 50 Points.

Do I need a customer card in order to use the program?

Your e-mail address and password are all that is needed to be able to benefit from our extremely varied reward program – a customer card is not necessary.

How do I register for ZF [pro]Points?

Simply go to www.zf-propoints.com, click "register" and complete the form with your information. Within a few days you will receive a welcome pack containing detailed information along with the address labels for your return envelopes.

What do I do if I forget my password?

Click on the ‘Forgotten password’ link under the login box on the top of the page. On the next page, enter your ZF [pro]Points membership ID or the registered e-mail address. A new password link will be emailed immediately.

How many Points do I earn for which product?

You can see how many Points are earned from different products by going to the "How it works" website after registering and logging in with your access data.

What do I have to do when sending in the labels?

To collect points make sure to keep all of your product packages from ZF Aftermarket (LEMFÖRDER, SACHS, TRW), either cut out the product labels or tear off the entire flap with the label. Make sure that both the product part reference and the barcode are completely legible and return them to us in an envelope.
Please mention your membership number on the envelope. This is the only way that your labels will get assigned to your ZF [pro]Points account.
The address labels are provided within your Welcome Pack.
If you pay the postage, we will reimburse you with an extra 150 Points..

How can I log in?

On the ZF [pro] Points Homepage you will find the login box on the top of the page. Please enter your current e-mail address and password and then click on the OK button.

What do I do if I forget my password?

Did you forget your password? No problem, just deposit a new one.

What data is stored about me and for how long?

When you register with ZF [pro]Points, we need the company name, individual contact name, postal address, email address, telephone and/or fax address and various details relating to your company (basic member data) to enable us to open a ZF [pro]Points account for you.

When you collect Points, the only data that is transmitted and recorded is that which is necessary for the Points to be credited to your account (transaction data). This data is related to qualifying products purchased by you from the Programme Partners, as well as Rewards redeemed. The data described above is stored by us. The personal data held about you (master data and transaction data) is used in the operation of the ZF [pro]Points programme – either by ZF Aftermarket itself, by our Partner Brands in the programme or by a third-party company (data processing contractor). This data is only used for advertising or marketing purposes if you have given your agreement to this when registering with ZF [pro]Points. If you have not given your consent or subsequently withdrawn it, this data will only be used to operate the system for you, not for any advertising, marketing or research purpose and will of course not be passed on to third parties for that purpose! If your participation in ZF [pro] Points expires, all your personal data will be deleted three months later. We have to maintain this grace period because terminations are sometimes revoked. After three months, all personal data is irrevocably deleted.
